All frames are made locally in Naarm (Melbourne) from a local supplier. Each wooden frame features a matte black finish, glass fronting, and a board backing, and arrives ready to hang.
- When you add a Personalised Order to your cart, you’ll share your chosen lyrics directly with the musician, with the option to include a personal message like “Happy Birthday” or “Congratulations.” Together, you’ll shape the design of your artwork.
- Once confirmed, the musician handwrites and signs your one-of-a-kind piece before it’s collected, framed, and shipped ready to hang.
All personalised artwork orders are hand drawn and one of a kind. Additionally, we’ll drop a limited release of one-of-a-kind designs.

Otherwise, artwork is originally hand drawn by the musician and then reprinted limitedly.

Generally speaking, once the order has been placed it will be sent to you within two weeks.
However, the timeframe is very much dependent on the schedule of the artist and can be delayed if they’re on tour, or recording new music.

If there is any damage on a domestic order, a brand new frame will be provided and shipped free of charge.

However, on international orders, a refund will need to be claimed through Australia Post - who offer $100 free insurance on all orders. I will assist with the process and once a refund has been provided, a new frame will be sent.
Domestically, we charged $18.95 - this used to be the amount charged by Australia Post until they recently increased the amount - we haven’t.
Yes — we ship worldwide for $75 AUD with secure packaging designed to protect each frame in transit.
$75 is quite steep - but it’s the exact amount charged by Australia Post.
